So far, I've learned our remote won't connect with our (only 2 years old) audio receiver, and the DIRECTV STREAM tech said "well, just use your receiver remote when you need to change volume." Now, all my Kindle Fire tablets that I used to run Xfinity's Stream app to watch TV whenever I felt like it, can't (a) download the DIRECTV STREAM app (2) watch DIRECTV STREAM on the browser (won't run on Silk) and/or (3) download Chrome so you CAN at least watch on the browser. We switched to DIRECTV STREAM with the expectation that we'd be getting superior service on superior tech. So, if you'll forgive me, this particular topic chaps my hide.
